My complaint:
I went in to order 2 classic pepperoni pizza and was told if I want them I have to use the app I just can’t come in and order buts it’s on the wall where the menus are at what gives. I don’t want the app to order a pizza. So now I will go somewhere else to get my pizza.
Suggested solution:
Have where you can order a pizza without a app or take it down off your menu
