My complaint:

My husband I purchased a pizza from the Crossville TN store.
It looked dry with a very dark crust. Before I could say “we are taking it back” my husband bit into a slice and broke two front teeth at the gum line.
We immediately took the pizza back along with his teeth in hand. The cashier looked at the pizza and apologized profusely that if he looked at the pizza prior he would Not have sold it to us.
The next morning, I saw on my two receipts, one we paid cash and the refund receipt was given to someone else’s credit card.
I have called corporate customer service twice with no response back.
I would like a response to this situation.
