Little Caesars complaint: charged me twice no help

My complaint:

I made an in store purchase on Nov 26 and my debit card was charged 2 times for the same order. I have tried reaching out to the manager/ supervisor and Nobody has returned my call , I went back into the store on December 8th and the assistant manager tried helping me, but he couldn’t issue a refund , he called the supervisor whom knows about the issue.

But they have not even had the courtesy to call me back although my number with a note is up on their board. The assistant manager offer me a free soda. I want my money back since I only made one purchase!!!

Suggested solution:

I want a FULL REFUND FOR MY order and the order I was charged for and never received.
