My complaint:
On Saturday July 10. 2021 I ordered 3 thin crust extra most bestest pepperoni pizzas. My order was supposed to be ready by 1948 after waiting in line for over 30 minutes I finally got to the window only to be told my pizza’s are coming out the oven now. so I decided to wait at the window. Leticia begins to tell me I couldn’t wait at the window because there were other customers behind me waiting to be served. I than ask if my pizza’s are coming out of the oven now why do I have to move? I was than told it would be another 10-15 minutes before the pizza would actually be ready because a manager had just walked out. It’s now 2015 and I still have 10-15 more minutes to wait after waiting in line over 30 minutes and ordering online prior to coming to the location to pick up the pizzas. Leticia became upset when I asked her if the pizza’s weren’t coming out of the oven why didn’t you just say that in the first place. Furthermore, I waited behind a number of cars prior to getting to the window and the fact I ordered online and you’re taking orders at the window pushing me further back is unacceptable. She than cancels my order refunding my money because of her lie, frustration and apparent inability to effectively run the store and threatens to call the police if I didn’t move from the window. There were people in the lobby, parked cars lined up on the side and in front of the store, not including the drive thru line which was wrapped around Jonesboro Rd.
Suggested solution:
First off, she shouldn't have lied telling me the pizzas were coming out the oven at that time. Being she was the manager she should have prioritize, organized with better time management. She should never have allowed her frustrations and feelings of being overwhelmed be taking out on the customer (she abused her authority by cancelling the order). This location always has problems, I live less than 5 minutes away from Little Caesars and it's been less than a handful of times that I have gone there and received my order in a timely manner and it be correct!!
