My complaint:
I made an online order had to wait over an hour and a half. They never gave me my food. The guy at the counter called me a bitch and told the manager to handle me. I asked the manager for her name of the corporate office. She refused to give it to me and told me to Google it myself, and then gave me a refund. Did not explain to me why my food wasn’t ready or why they wouldn’t give it to me several employees, and there were vaping, and also not wearing uniform pants sagging showing their underwear. This store is very dirty and needs to be shut down.
Suggested solution:
Something needs to be done about this. I will be reporting this restaurant to the health department. I could see the guys throwing ingredients on the floor picking them up smashing the pizza with their fingers, dirty hands no hair nets, filthy clothes. When asked to speak to the manager, you would think she could take care of it but instead, she’s just like the employees.
