My complaint:
Ordered three pizzas tonight and two of the three were very stale and hard. I was told to bring them back in and they would make new ones, my children being children grabbed some of one of the pizzas and ate it before I could get back to my dining room while I was on the phone with the manager. My husband returned the pizzas and they were unwilling to remake all of them and the manager would not come out of the back of the store and speak with him. They finally decided to do it and said it would be a 25 minute wait. That is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional! I would like to have my order refunded.
