My complaint:

I still have not received my refund, my family never received our food but our money was taken it has been since October 8th that’s 18 business days and almost a month. I was told three times that the refund has been escalated I still have not heard anything from Little Caesars. Far from positive hospitality. No offers like coupons, gift cards ,,,nothing! Someone is obviously ignoring this refund which is highly unacceptable my family and friends have spent a lot of money with this establishment we should be treated kindly.

Suggested solution:

Send my refund back to the original payment method...
