My complaint:

I AM BOTH A FORMER, AS WELL AS A current former, EMPLOYEE, BUT MORE SO A CUSTOMER FOR MANY MORE YEARS THAN AN EMPLOYEE, both times COMBINED! THESE EVENTS TOOK PLACE DURING CURRENT FORMER EMPLOYMENT (03/2024):

ABOUT 15 YEARS AGO, I WAS AN ASST. MAN FOR THE BENTON STORE UNDER JAMES WARFORD ALMOST 2 YEARS. I LEARNED A LOT AND HAVE SINCE OBTAINED A CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE CERTIFICATE, HAD MULTIPLE JOBS THAT CSR SKILLS WERE ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE BUSINESS GROWTH. MY EXPERIENCE AS A CUSTOMER after EMPLOYMENT IS WHAT THIS COMPLAINT IS MOSTLY ADDRESSING. THERE ARE ALSO EVENTS I WITNESSED first hand, with my own eyes, THAT WERE OF SERIOUS CONCERN TO ME AND I FEEL SHOULD NOT BE DELAYED IN BEING ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY, AS THERE ARE NOT ONLY SAFETY CONCERN, BUT ALSO POTENTIAL LAW SUITS. AS A CUSTOMER PRE SECOND TIME EMPLOYMENT (03/2024), I WORKED AT THE BENTON STORE FOR A TOTAL OF 3 HOURS DUE TO THE WAY THE ENTIRE OPERATION WAS RUN.

THE NIGHT MANAGER, COURTNEY, WAS ALWAYS eating SOMETHING, WITH FOOD IN MOUTH WHILE TALKING TO CUSTOMERS/EMPLOYEES WITH BUTTER OR GREASE RUNNING DOWN THE HAND SHE GESTURING WITH. MADE ME FEEL AS THOUGH I HAD ZERO COMPETENCE AS FAR AS KNOWLEDGEABLE EXPERTISE OF THE LITTLE CAESARS COMPANY POLICY/REQUIREMENTS/ EXPECTATIONS, ETC. TALKING TO ME AS IF I WERE A CHILD. NEVER WASHING HANDS AFTER PUTTING HAND TO MOUTH, ETC. NOT DISPLAYING RECEIPTS FOR THINGS PREPARED FOR HER ONSITE, AND CONSUMING THEM CONSTANT FOR THE DURATION OF MY SHIFT. VERY POORLY DRESSED, WITH JEWELRY IN NOSE, EXCESSIVE ACCESSORY ON WRISTS, EARS, ETC. LONG HAIR POORLY KEPT BACK. THE LEAD PIE MAKER ON THE LINE WAS JOHN, THE PERSON I WAS ASSIGNED TO WORK WITH. THIS WAS THE BUSIEST AREA OF THE WHOLE STORE. I WITNESSED EXCESSIVE WASTE AS THE PIZZAS WERE MADE THAT GOT SCOOPED UP AND TOSSED IN TRASH WITH ZERO REGARD FOR COST. I WITNESSED THIS MAN MAKE 2 TO 5 PIZZAS ( DOUGH THAT WASN’T PRE-PANED, A SAUCER SIZE LADLE 1/4 IN DEEP SAUCE, BOTTOM CHEESE) AND GAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO ATTENTION TO SPECIAL INSTRUCTION FOR ANY PIZZA, AND ZERO TOP CHEESE. UPON COMPLETION, HE WENT TO THE BACK DOOR WHERE HE TOOK APPROX. 5 MINS TO SMOKE, ETC. THIS CONTINUED THE DURATION OF MY SHIFT. I STAYED ON THE LINE WHOLE TIME, I TOPPED EVERY PEPPERONI HOT AND READY UNTIL MY SHIFT ENDED, TOPPED OCCASIONAL SPECIALTY PIES, THAT WERE DELIBERATELY FORBID/REFUSED TOP CHEESE BY THE LEAD MAKER. UPON VOICING ANY CONCERN OR AUTHORITY, I WAS CUT-OFF AND TOLD, YOU LET ME WORRY ABOUT THAT. JUST KEEP MAKING PEPPERONI PIZZAS AND FILL UP THIS RACK. I EYE WITNESSED THIS MAN PLACE A FULL PIZZA ON THE RACK BESIDE THE LINE, CONSUME THE LARGER PORTION while on the line making pizzas, FAILING TO WASH HANDS OR USE NAPKINS FOR HIS HANDS OR FACE. JOHN ALSO HAD UNRULY LONG HAIR THAT WAS CONCERNING WHEN IT AFFECTS FOOD AREA EXPOSURE. LOTS OF POOR JUDGEMENT SAFETY WISE AND HYGIENE AND ZERO CONCERN FOR THE COMPANY OR ITS CUSTOMERS, PROFITS, POTENTIAL LAW SUIT PROVISIONS.
THESE EVENTS TOOK PLACE post current former employment:

I HAVE HAD AT LEAST 5 PIZZAS, COUNTLESS BAGS OF CRAZY BREAD, AND CHICKEN WINGS ALL BE TERRIBLY FOULED IN SOME MANNER, AND UPON ASKING FOR A REMAKE OR REFUND, EVEN PARTIAL CREDIT WAS FLAT OUT DENIED ON 3 OF THESE PIZZAS, ONCE BY THE STORE MANAGER EBONY, THE OTHER 2 WERE BY NIGHT MANAGER COURTNEY. BOTH WERE VERY RUDE AND OFFENSIVE TOWARD ME WITH ZERO REGARD FOR THE ISSUE AT HAND. DISMISSING MY CLAIM WITHOUT FURTHER A DO. THESE PIZZAS WERE NOT EDIBLE AND UPON VISUAL INSPECTION, THE MANAGER WITHDREW FROM EYE CONTACT GIVING FOUL EXPRESSION SAYING I DIDN’T MAKE THAT TODAY. I SAID NO MA’AM, IT WAS MADE LAST NIGHT AND… SHE CUT ME OFF SAYING I SHOULD HAVE TALKED TO SOMEONE LAST NIGHT AND CLOSED THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW IN MY FACE. I HAD MADE THE PURCHASE ON THE WAS HOME FROM MY second JOB, AND DROVE ALMOST TO SHERIDAN, FINALLY OPENED THE BOX AT 9:40 PM. I TRIED MULTIPLE TIME TO CALL, KNOWING I COULDN’T GET TO THE STORE BEFORE CLOSING, TO NO AVAIL, AS I HAVE EYE WITNESSED THE PHONES FOR THE STORE BEING silenced TO AVOID GETTING CALL IN ORDERS, AS A CUSTOMER ATTEMPTING THE EXPLANATION OF SUCH, I WAS SHOUTED AT, not when i have a lobby full of customers!!! (ANDREW), IN FRONT OF the lobby full of customers! I always ASK FOR THE SAME STYLE PIZZA, THIN CRUST, VERY LIGHT SAUCE. I RECEIVED A PIZZA THAT GAVE ME VISUAL BLISTERING FROM THE TOPPING COMING COMPLETELY OFF THE FIRST HALF OF FIRST BITE ON MY CHIN, LIPS, AND TONGUE, AND MY UPPER PORTION OF MY LEG EXPOSED OUT MY SHORTS PANT LEG. I WAS ON MY LUNCH BREAK HEADING BACK TO WORK PREVENTING THE IMMEDIATE RETURN, BUT WAS REFUSED DUE THE TIME IT TOOK TO RETURN IT (AFTER WORK/NO PHONE CALL) JUST ROAD BLOCK DOWN ANY AND EVERY AVENUE. I WAS TO RECEIVE FREE CRAZY BREAD FOR 1 ACTUAL REMAKE, ( AGAIN, ON LUNCH BREAK, NO CRAZY BREAD IN BOX OR EVEN PANNED OUT, AND WAITING WOULD HAVE HINDERED MY JOB PERFORMANCE OBLIGATION ), REQUESTED RAINCHECK, UPON REQUESTING REDEMPTION OF SAID RAINCHECK, I WAS DENIED SAYING I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN THOSE AT THAT TIME. WITH NO REGARD OR FURTHER A DO, THUS DISMISSING ANY CREDIT I HAD COMING AND THIS HAPPENED MORE TIMES THAT I CAN REMEMBER IN ALL HONESTLY. I WAITED FOR CRAZY BREAD TO BE MADE FRESH FOR 23 MINUTES THAT TURNED OUT TO BE DARK BROWN AND HARD, I HAVE NO BOTTOM TEETH AND MADE THEM UN EDIBLE BUT WAS REFUSED A REMAKE. SO MANY THINGS THAT I COULD JUST KEEP GOING. VERY PUT OUT WITH THE CREW AT THE BENTON STORE. I ONLY MET 1 OTHER PERSON THERE WHO LIKE MYSELF WAS THERE FOR THE JOB, NOT JUST THE PAYCHECK… VERY SAD, VERY LIABLE. IF SOMEONE WOULD PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME, I HAVE PICTURES OF THE MOST RECENT REQUEST FOR REMAKE, AND IT WAS THE RUDEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED THUS FAR WITHOUT QUESTION THAT NOT ONLY OFFENDED ME BUT ALSO HUMILIATED ME TRIGGERING MY MENTAL DISORDERS: PTSD AND ANXIETY. I WAS GOING HOME YET AGAIN, LATE FROM 2ND JOB, 9:30 PM. GET HOME, OPEN BOX, THE PIZZA WAS VISIBLY BURNT, SMELLED BURNT AND WORST OF ALL, IT tasted burnt. NO MORE THAT 2 PIECES BY ME AND MY ROOMMATE WERE CONSUMED, AND UPON finally GETTING COURTNEY ON THE PHONE, SHE YELLED AT ME THAT THE PIZZA WAS NOT BURNT AND SHE WAS NOT REPLACING IT. WHEN THREATENED WITH CALLING AND REPORTING TO CORPORATE, SHE SAID GOOD LUCK WITH THAT, SLAMMING THE PHONE DOWN AND HANGING UP ON ME. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I HAVE NOT BEEN BACK THERE OR SPOKEN TO ANYONE CONCERNING ANYTHING AT THAT STORE AS THEY ARE ALL IN ON IT.
