My complaint:
I ordered 2 pizzas online, after i placed the order I called the store to ask for extra sauce on one and to have it cooked well done, was told they would.
When i showed up to get the pizza’s i told the manager there named Caroline that my name was put down for a Pepsi, as they didn’t have one the last time i ordered. I didn’t want anything else but a Pepsi and was told that they couldn’t refund bc i paid online. This was last summer bc we come to Springfield to go to the splash pad and get pizza for lunch. I told her this and she couldn’t find anywhere about a Pepsi, only a pizza that they replaced bc they didn’t have the stuffed crust when i came in one time. She told me without my name being wrote down she couldn’t do anything, i told her i would be contacting corporate. She didn’t seem to care about what was going on, she was sitting out in a chair in the lobby when i came inside on here phone. Now onto the pizza issue. The supreme pizza that i ordered and called to have extra sauce and well done was not, i didn’t notice until we got to the splash pad and ready to eat. the mushrooms and sausage was not cooked correctly and were cold. The other pizza which was the half pepperoni and Italian cheese sticks was the one that was added the extra sauce and cooked well done, and was over cooked cheese bread. I have added pictures of the supreme pizza that had lightly cooked veggies and meat on it as they were piled in the middle of the pizza. I would like to get a replacement for both of my pizza’s that i spend $20 on and then the Pepsi that i was owed. I do have more pictures of the pizza but it would only allow one picture.
