Little Caesars complaint: Bad service

My complaint:

Placed order in store with Silvia A, at 4:04pm. Ordered 2 large pepperoni thin crust. Paid , was told 15 minutes. I waited. While waiting I watched 5-6 more customers come in and place orders and pay. 2 of which ordered the same as I.
3 times while waiting a employee came from the back asking my name and what I ordered. As the lady left with 2 large pepperoni thin crust pizzas. I approached the counter and asked what was taking so long. It was 4:29 now. The response was 1 pizza was done and they were waiting on the 2nd. I asked why they didn’t come out consecutively from the oven. Was told they take longer. 3 minutes later I received the pizzas. Leave, take them home 4 minutes. Open up pizza, and it’s not cut and first one is cold.
Horrible service.
Now yes I know they are all young workers with no leadership to guide them. And having young male workers who are making the pizzas suddenly come from the back to give finished pizzas out to young ladies. Causes situations and poor service like this.
I am a 30 plus year manager who constantly had to correct and eventually fire associates as these.
This needs to be fixed.
Suggestion, 1 find a leader for that store. 2. Make this right, as no one should have to wait that long, and then get home with cold uncut pizza.

Suggested solution:

Replace the 2 pizzas.
