My complaint:
I ordered pizza on the Little Ceasars app on Tuesday May 24 to pick up a pizza order at 1046 Willow Creek Rd in Prescott, AZ. I arrived at the store within 15 minutes and the store was closed, lights turned out and a sign on the door indicating that they were out of dough. I did not get my pizza and I was charged for my pizza. I want to submit a formal complaint, and I want a full refund of $8.72. If the store was closed, I should not have been able to submit an order.

I want a refund of the 8.72 and a free order of pizza for the inconvenience.
