My complaint:
I was on hold to order pizza, I was driving. I don’t use my phone when I’m driving. The hold time was 18 minutes and when I got to the store, I went inside and had to wait for someone to come to the counter. I could hear a phone ringing in the background and there was an employee standing next to the phone. I told the person behind the counter to answer the phone that it was me calling. I showed him the screen on my phone, and It had Little Caesars name on it with a hold time of 18 minutes, still ringing. Come to find out the person that was standing next to the phone was the manager.
Your customer service at that store is BAD. The Franchise owner needs to know about this.
If possible, I would like some response from someone at Little Caesars. Not Happy. 951-317-4882

Wright up the manager or fire him. Let the Franchise Owner know what happened.
