My complaint:
They took our on line order charged my card.
When my husband arrived for pickup they told him they did not fulfill our order because they stop on line
orders @ 8:20 p.m. after he showed them ation @ 8:22 p.m. He asked them can I wait you just go ahead do it they told him No. He told them reverse the charge of $28.08. They said they could not do that. So basically they committed fraud.
I work for a Bank I will definitely let everybody I know, know what they did, how they responded their nonchalant attitude. I help customers resolve a problem. You all created the problem with no resolve. No apology No nothing! I work hard for my money your company literally stole from me. I will dispute this charge. And never do business with you all again.
And also there were plenty of witnesses that walked out of your establishment after they witnessed how you guys committed fraud. And I hope they tell everyone they know not to do business with you.
Suggested solution:
Give me back my $28.08 they you stole from me.
