My complaint:
I have a $5.00 coupon for Steakhouse Naturals 100% grass fed Angus beef ribeye steaks, family pack. Since this past Sunday, 411, I have been to 2 stores, E. Patchogue and Lake Grove, and they had none in stock. I called customer service yesterday to locate a store that had them, and I was told that no one had them in stock. I was asked to call again this morning at 8am to see if any local stores received any inventory on this item. They did not. So, today is the last day for the sale item and no one has it. I asked for a rain check and I was told your stores do not give rain checks. This is ridiculous by the way, especially since this problem was not my fault.
Suggested solution:
Either email me a $5.00 coupon that I can spend on the steaks when they are in stock, or extend the sale of this item so myself and others can buy some. My email address is: patfield1965@gmail.com.
