About an hour and a half ago I am standing in a long line that is 5 people ahead of me waiting. I love your store but not enough to stand there 20 minutes, at 73 its not so easy. After 5 minutes I started to do jumping to draw the attention of the front girl super she decides to open one more and then one more to handle the rush. Shoppers have other things to do on a Saturday morning than wait in long lines, It is just rude and uncaring. THIS CITY IS THE COUNTRIES NUMBER ONE MOST HISTORICAL CITY in the country. It will not be hard to replace your company.
