Lidl complaint: unfriendly

My complaint:

I go to lidl about 1 if not 2 times per week and people that work there get unfriendlier by each week…..cashier did not even say hi or ty or bye
just scaned my items and handed me receipt without once looking at me
rest of staff would rather run you over before saying a word
maybe I am a bit touchy ,, but at least act like you like people and like to be at work

Suggested solution:

have a talk with them that customer service is not dead
