My complaint:
Visited lidl in Wrexham Town Centre at 8pm last night. Picked up a trolley and went to the indoor sanitisation area. No spray, Disposable paper and hand sanitiser in an unloved state. Sanitised my hand and trolley handle and a couple brushed past me, no effort to sanitise hands. They picked up rolls from bins with bare hands and proceeded around the shop without any social distancing. Not enough staff on duty!
Suggested solution:
Instead of playing a condescending recording about being polite and respectful, how about carrying out your lawful responsibilities during Covid 19. I should report this to the environmental health. If it was not for the wonderful young lady on the till and the wonderful staff who are obviously over stretched I would take this further.
