My complaint:
I go for shopping at Lidl and two lady come to me and treat me like theif and they grab my jacket and check tags and tell me you stole it from the mall and you wear it from here today but i already buy the jacket before month ago and i pay for the jacket.
There is lots of people there and infront of them they feels me shame and then i tell them to check cameras then they tell me its ok. So they tell us to go to cash counter in our half shopping. We are four friends are there and we argue them and then they tell us its ok.
Suggested solution:
I never go at any lidl shops now and they have to give my respect back which i lost before the persons and just told them how to treat customers at the mall i fon’t want any issue thats why i leave the place otherwise i call police and then they handle it.
