My complaint:

When paying at counter discovered my eggs were broken asked if someone could get me another box. They could not be asked and said they were short staffed. Customer behind me said Egypt do you expect after all it is Lidl,s

Suggested solution:

Finish serving one customer completely and professionally before doing anything else.
