My complaint:
I was in the store at four thirty and i was looking at hiking trousers, i approached a staff member near by and asked him about the sizes, he said they were not for sale until tomorrow, i said i just thought they where, because they were stacked on a shelf, he said, do you not think we work hard enough in this store, if people started taking them we would have to stack them up tomorrow again, i looked up and people were staring, i said i am not interested in your life and walked away
Suggested solution:
All he had to say was i am sorry but they do not go on sale until tomorrow. and he did not have to raze his voice
