My complaint:
I purchased a loaf of Rowan hill bread on the 18/05/24 it has small pieces of rubber in it , in more than one piece. I made my daughter a sandwich and she started to choke and little bit of black rubber was spat out, I inspected the bread after and fount them in several pieces. My daughter will now not eat bread as she’s very upset and shook up by this . This is not acceptable. I have attached a photo but you can not see it as much so I have saved the loaf of bread and the peice of rubber invade I need to take it to someone to review there is also other slices of bread with more in it!
Suggested solution:
I would like compensation! I have always shopped at lidil and always told other people to also, but this has really knocked my confidence with shopping with you and also my little girl is really upset and like I said will not eat anything with bread now and she only eats limited things anyways so it’s not great.
