My complaint:
I completed my shop at Lidl Bexleyheath
(till receipt details. 1428 087572 25.03.21 11.04 Value £67.75
I scanned my Lidl Plus App on my phone at the checkout till. On arrival at home I checked the App and found that the receipt was not registered or included in my record of receipts. This has resulted in not achieving the target enabling me to get a money off coupon from my next purchase.
Suggested solution:
I'd like Lidl to credit my account with the sum of £67.75 going towards my achieving and reaching a pre-set target in order to obtain a money off coupon against further purchases.
I’ve had the same problem. It’s worked fine up TIL this month then for some unknown reason doesn’t record. Have sent an email but not received a reply. Is this a scam to avoid rewarding customers.
