My complaint:

We purchased a Deluxe Italian Nduja sausage Pizza . The pizza is delicious, but because it contains Red Drop Peppers, I feel the sign for the hotness of the peppers is too small. There should be a bigger sign saying that the peppers are very hot 🥵. We are of Caribbean decent and are used to eating hot spicy foods, but even for us the pepper level was too much. We bit into one of them , and the heat from the red drop pepper was intense and spoiled the beautiful flavour of the pizza. Even removing the pepper did not help as the flavour of the pepper was in the base.

I think something should be written in the description on the back of the pizza box, about the peppers, and also about how they are hot, and not suitable for children. The pepper symbol on the front needs to be much bigger. Apart from that it was a good pizza , very tasty.

Thank you.

Suggested solution:

Make the signs of the peppers larger on the front
Mention in the write up on the back that the pizza is hot because of the peppers.
