Hoops and yadda yadda
Suggested solution:
I tried to sign on to order groceries.
There are just too many hoops to jump through in order to give you my money. I had this same experience with lidl in the past - I have used other stores since.
I am 81 years old, buy all of my groceries online for delivery.
Please don't tell me to go to a website in order to correct things.
Also, please don't yadda yadda me about company policy.
