My complaint:

Purchased a frozen turkey and came to cook it this morning and it as gone off. Do I take it back to your Malton store. i have a digital receipt. Christmas spoilt have had to start defrosting some chicken. 89 year old granny so looking forward to her dinner

Suggested solution:

Full refund as I shop at Lidle Malton for most of my shopping and usually everything it great. Due to present climate I cannot afford to just let this one go. It wasnt our fault the meat has gone off. Submitted on behalf of my brother
