My complaint:
A customer had a dog in the store off leash
This was not a service dog. When I addressed it to an employee, The employee stated he did not give two s–ts about it. Animals in the store are a health department issue. This happened on December 24, 2022 thank you.
Suggested solution:
Post a sign stating no animals except service animals. Better customer service training for all employees.
