My complaint:
I came to Lidl at the time 17:30 on 11th June to buy some things, and finished at 18:00, when I went to the cashier to pay, The employee Schmidt in searched my backpack impolitely and finally when she finished and found nothing in it, she didn’t even apologise about her behaviour or actions.
Suggested solution:
I wish to receive an apology from the employee and Lidl for this kind of behaviour and action, in fact I find it very RACIST action against me.
