My complaint:

On 27102021 I shopped from Lidl Boston Lincolnshire for 44 minutes. I was however shocked to receive a £90 fine for choosing Lidl to shop from when I was actually going to shop from Asda. Lidl has punished me for shopping from them, by sending me a fine of £90 for parking for 44 minutes in front of Lidl while shopping. My name is Mohamed Hassaballa. I have used my Debit Visa HSBC card to shop from Lidl on 27102021 from 18:00 till 18:44. My car is FN63EYZ. I would like you to cancel this fine and inform your customers of the new and unprecedented law that you decided to impose on your unsuspecting customers.

Suggested solution:

I was not informed that Lidl has introduced a new law, which is unprecedented in the history of the UK, that unsuspecting customers, shopping for 44 minutes, shall scan their receipt when they leave, other wise they will be hit by a hefty fine.
I honestly don't know how the Uk government is allowing such a mockery to happen in their land.
