My complaint:

I went to shop in Lidl in West Thurrock Way, West Thurrock, Grays RM20 1WN, UK for pasta to ship to my parents in Ghana who have a deep interest in Lidl products (I can provide proof of shipment if needed). There was no statemen at the entrance that you can’t pick more than 6 items. While at the till the store Manager came up to and in a very rude manner shouted at me you don’t need that lot of pasta. Go to Costco!!!. The other store Manager can this since he was present at that time. I don’t have any problem with Manager telling me not to take more than 6 pastas but my issue is the manner in which she said it so rudely and ordering me to go your competitor Costco which I believe is not in line with Company policy. This action represents bad customer service. She could’ve said it in a very nice polite way. I was even trying to apologise by saying sorry I didn’t see any post at the entrance restricting how many items people can take but Manager kept shouting and prevented me from even engaging. This is the worst experience I have had with any Lidl branch.

Suggested solution:

Manager should be reprimanded for her behaviour and I want a written apology from her accepting that she didn\'t treat me well as a customer and that she will improve her customer skills with all other clients in future.
