Liberty Mutual complaint: Vehicle Accident

My complaint:

On May 24, 2021 I was driving into the hospital parking lot to receive my radiation treatments, driving approximately five miles per hour, when an insurer of Liberty Mutual backed out of his parking space and struck the passenger side of the door of our vehicle. My wife called the police and had the accident documented and a police report submitted. We received a copy of the police report and forward it to Liberty Mutual Agent, but no response. We also provided photographs of the accident and submitted those also to the agent. It’s been six full weeks and now started the seventh week and no action has been taken. The photographs clearly shows that the insurer was completely in the wrong and also admitted to that. I have left numerous phone messages and e-mails to the agent, but no response once again. We would like to have a vehicle repaired from the damages.

Suggested solution:

Apparently the Agent no longer wants to contact us to have the repairs completed, we would like to resolve this as soon as posible.
