My complaint:
My elderly Parents has an accident where they hit an armadillo in the road. My mom contacted shop to get this fixed. Per Liberty Shop did contact them but there was no claim filed prior so they refuse to pay this claim. Stating need pictures of damage. The shop tech has the documentation of the damage. My parents have paid for years and never filed a claim. The computer refused to pay for this. My mom and dad are 68 and 70 and had never been throght anything like this. When my mom called her she was told they would not pay. Forcing them to get a loan to pay this when they have insurance that should have covered this.Called them prior to find out if they pay for tow a d what her deductible was. They ts her to have the shop calm them which they did. She does have picture taken by shop and the are refusing them .

I would like this Claim paid.
