my final request As per the section 39 (1) (a) of the consumer protection act 2019 I want only full refund or exchange(replacement) with new product from vijay sales store of different model only i don’t want this now totally worst product ever want new product or full refund only whichever is best possible otherwise final option will i have to sue your company in consumer district commission final request

GIVING ME FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE PROVIDE REPLACEMENT WITH LATEST PRODUCT OF DIFFERENT LATEST MODEL FROM CROMA
