Lenovo complaint: Tech support technician refused to help me

My complaint:

I called Lenovo Premium technical support at around 11:30 PM (MT) on 01APR2022. I told the guy who answered that I was trying to run a Microsoft app, but needed help navigating my Windows Explorer to find the file for the app. He told me to contact Microsoft, because they don’t help with 3rd party applications. I continuously asked him specifically if he could help me navigate my Windows Explorer so that I could find the file that I wanted to find to which he responded with We don’t handle Microsoft and to contact Microsoft instead. He also questioned the integrity of my request by asking, So you need help finding an exe file that you’ve already found? He then gave me the number for Lenovo advanced technical support to which I accepted, but I guess I have to wait until Monday to call. I have been trying to find the directory to the file that I need for 4 days now with the help of Bing and YouTube, but I’ve gotten nowhere. The evidence for my complaint should be the recording of our conversation on the phone. I called twice. Thank you for your help, in advance.
