Lego complaint: So called LEGO Expert on the phones

My complaint:

Three phone orders today taking over an hour and twenty minutes each time only to be diconnected twice and one order completely cancelled as the so called LEGO Expert did not inform me of the 2 per customer limitation on the product ordered. I did not have a computer in front of me at the time so I made a phone call to order providing all pertinent data as well as my VIP card number. At no time did the LEGO Expert speak to me of the product availability only that the product requested released today was already on backorder which I was OK with. My complaint is very poor service constantly being cut off by the phone expert.

Suggested solution:

Providing better service as well as a follow up phone call apologizing for such poor service and perhaps financial compensation via a boost to my VIP point account, It would be nice to know the LEGO company cares about their clients and regret the poor customer service repeatedly provided.
