My complaint:
I have Lego – 60051 – City – High-Speed Passenger Train set. The LEGO Battery Box (AAA Non-Rechargeable) is defective. The train set costs USD 280 and cannot be used without the battery box.
I requested a replacement via https:www.lego.com, and got an automated response that my request didn’t pass our validation checks.
I understand that Lego does not ship to India. Lego has several stores in India so I’m wondering how such a reputable company is selling product without appropriate customer support or option for purchasing replacement parts.
Suggested solution:
Would like lego to consider shipping to India or providing a service where parts can be sourced within India.
