My complaint:
My order was shipped a week ago and suddenly I have been notified today for cancellation with reason of wrong shipping address. My address is accurate and normally I am getting all Lazada orders on same address. How come Lazada cancelled my order without unjustified reasons. Please help me to investigate this matter. I don’t want refund instead I need the item I ordered for since I was waiting since a week to get it delivered but last minute notification with wrong reason is unacceptable. Please help thanks
