My complaint:
I bought 2 shoes cabinet via Lazada. The drawer of one of the cabinet is broken, I contacted the seller but no respond. I contacted Lazada, we agreed for S$15 refund. The 2nd cabinet width was wrong, the picture showed 35cm but the width of the cabinet I received was less than 32cm.
I contacted Lazada, they kept saying they are investigating but nothing has been done so far. It’s more than 1 month since I reported.
Suggested solution:
Lazada should pickup the wrong item immediately and refund for the wrong cabinet
