I wanted to withdraw my DOT from latoken but it’s still pending during last 48 hoıurs. I have contacted the live chat support many times and asked them to cancel withdraw but they just offer to wait. this is not service.How long should I wait?

please cancel my withdraw or let me to withdraw my money
