Dear Sirs and Madames, it has been 21 days!!! since the balance disappeared from my account. I still haven’t received a response from tech support. The Support told me on 24 June that i will receive it back in 2 days. I waited another 3 days and nothing happened. Today i texted again the support, same answer then before, it’s ongoing… I have enough, i want now my used USDT 99.5123892945 back or the purchased SafeMars 765,479,917.65
It is slowly becoming a cheek to hold me up with different excuses every time.
I have all the proof of purchase as well as the complete chat history with support.
My Order ID was fada9d35-d882-4f8b-a5b4-56f92a710395 and the request ticket is 117243.
Suggested solution:
I want my purchased currency back or the 100$.
It can’t be that hard.
Same thing happened with our listing, tokens were taken and only after extensive trace did they admit it
