My complaint:

I tried to purchase a ticket on Latam, but the ticket was not produced by the site. Payment went through of course, but we had no flight itinerary.
We had to book with another carrier.

Latam is making it very difficult to get a refund.

We provided all the required payment and personal information to [email protected], but they are ignoring us.

Suggested solution:

They are refusing to make the fund.
