My complaint:
I’ve bought flights from London to Brazil with LATAM through a company called Brazil Connection a YEAR AGO which they have been cancelled from LATAM and since then they are promising to pay my money within a year. Well, today has been a year and I have not received a penny back. I have lots of emails, I don’t know how many times I have called both companies and nothing. When will my money be paid? Disrespectful, horrible and despicable service.

Pay my money AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
