LATAM Airlines complaint: Flight does not exist !!

My complaint:

I bought a ticket through the Latin America website for 05042022. I was always checking my trip, I even had a problem with my name that was incorrect, it was fixed and even then I kept checking every week, and the flight was always ed. When it was this week I went to the airport to check with Qantas because the first flight will be operated by them, and I found out that this flight doesn’t exist. This flight is simply not in their system, they do not have a flight to Santiago on 0504. That flight never existed. Now I want to know what you guys are going to do for me to go to Brazil?! I bought the flight months ago, I trusted that everything was fine, if I hadn’t checked I would find that this flight doesn’t only exist on the day of my flight. They said that to change my flight I would have to pay, I won’t pay anything else for that, because it’s a lack of commitment and responsibility to the customer, I’m ashamed of their services from this company, after everything we’ve been through, a pandemic, years without seeing the family, we plan and look forward to that day and it happens !! It causes us several problems such as stress and anxiety.
They asked me to wait for the solution for 48 hours, I waited and nothing !!. In addition to this ticket, there is another ticket that was purchased on the same day, so in this case it is not 4, but 6 passengers that must be relocated. I don’t care about stopovers, flight time, but of course I won’t pay for hotel and meal because of the airline’s mistake. I want a solution and fast!!

Suggested solution:

Relocate me and my family in a flight, on the same week.
