My complaint:

I called them to cancel my order before the order was shipped out. However, the customer service working at home with child didn’t handle it for me. I only knew it when I received a email that the order I canceled was shipped out. I had to call them again, they told me they attacked return label in the box and I can return it after I receive it. However, when I received the item, I found out the label is only a address, and I need to pay for the shipping cost myself to ship it out. I am gonna pay some mistakes made by their customer? !!!!
