My complaint:
I have lost £1000s at online Coral/Ladbrokes. I deposited £1000 and played blackjack and poker. I won and my balance was over £1500 but then they put a bloke on my account. They won’t explain what is going on and ask for random documents and selfie pictures. This has been going on for over 2 months. I can’t afford to lose that money. They wait all week then I get an email last minute on a Friday asking for something else. To be treated like this is disgusting. They accused me of using bad language on a game I have never even heard of let alone played proving their system is clearly flawed. All I want is my money but they refuse to help.
