My complaint:
I made an account with Ladbroke and deposit £1359 without verification and now Ladbrokes is asking for PROOD OF ID should they done that before letting me deposit that much in 1 month.
Suggested solution:
Refund the money back
And ask for the proof of ID BEFORE LETTING ANYONE DEPOSIT
