My complaint:
I placed a bet online 7.53 am it was bog price but as it was before 8.00am thay paid me £93,06
Thay should have paid me nearly £350 ,but when I made a complaint I was told it’s to early as it can only be payed if placed after 8.00am I went to the high street shop ,thay told me never new that or heard of it ,I phoned online complaint and I was disconnected after ten minutes.then I tried again I was asked to waight for her to check,20min later I was again disconnected,I explained I was deaf and only hear on my speaker and asked them to speak slowly but no use ,
Suggested solution:
By paying out right amount due back to customer,it’s very hard to get anywhere when it’s a complaint
I lost due to this transaction approximately £250 .over 7 seconds as it was put on at 7.53am and not before 8,00am for bog to work on your bet
