My complaint:
Hi I wish to file a complaint because ladbrokes are refusing to pay out my winnings once I had requested for my winnings to be withdrawn then they say they’ve closed my account due to a business decision which I find totally unacceptable and unfair so I wish to file a complaint because I find this totally unacceptable
Suggested solution:
They should resolve the complaint by releasing my winnings to me which I had won fair and square and I don’t understand why there withholding my money when I Have had previous withdraws from this company
