My complaint:
On Sunday 8-8-21 I placed a £10 bet on the automated betting machine .the bet was for the Celtic v Dundee football match..it was a multibet offering odds of 10 -1 on unlikely results ,a combination bet it was called.included In the bet was a 6-0 result ,and bingo that was the result.6-0 to Celtic ,so of I toddled down to Ladbrokes to collect my winnings£110.but no ,when I got there it flagged up as a loser ,so the young lady and the gentleman behind the counter checked the bet on the automated machine and ed my bet was a winner , unfortunately they had to log the bet and gave me a number for the complaint,.I’ve now just returned from my 5th or 6th visit ,I’ve now given up the will to live ,each time I’ve waited around like a beggar,waisting petrol and time ,it’s a shambles,I’ve now got four numbers if logged complaint s and tonight was told yet again that it’s been logged ,this has no reflection on the Ladbrokes staff whose hands are tied to what they can do ,each one has been sympathetic to me and seem frankly embarrassed about the ongoing dispute.ivdont think I can actually be assed to go back to Ladbrokes to beg for my winnings and it’s my worst experience in a shop by miles , customer service is basically non existent,in sorry to say .
