My complaint:
I went into the above shop to place a bet, the manager Eup took my slips and started grunting and moaning saying you should write properly. He was very disrespectful to me. I have been using Ladbrookes for over 50 years and have never had any one talk to me like that. He took my money did not give me my slips back, told me hes not taking any more bets from me, took my photograph and led me to the door and saw me out.
I was completely shocked that has never happened to me before, he has served me before and he was grunting and moaning then. I have never had any one talk to me like that in yours shops, i go in and put on a bet and then leave , i would never talk to any one like he did to me.
Suggested solution:
I wish to have an apology made to me and the manager repremanded for his actions
