My complaint:
I played about £300 in one sitting on eye of Horus and not a single payout which makes me think it was rigged and also I was given no warning of my spending or anything like other sites do to let me know my input and they also state they will intervene if they see change in pattern and then didn’t and now I’m left with no money for Christmas and have been struggling the last few days
Suggested solution:
I’m looking for some reimbursement to get me through for Christmas as I believe it was unfair and not supportive towards me and I’m really so low and on my last legs for the holidays
